Due to limited quantities, each unique product is limited to one per customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

The Mamba and Mambacita Sports Foundation does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, so please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. 

Damaged/Defective Item: If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. Please retain and photograph the box and all packing materials.  We will arrange for the return and/or replacement of items received damaged or defective.

Missing/Received Wrong Item: If your order was incomplete or if you received something that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact form.  Your message must specify the item(s) you received in error, if any, and the item(s) were missing from your order. We will correct your order.

CLOTHING CARE

Clothing care is at the discretion and is the sole responsibility of the consumer. Each unique item comes screen printed and can wear off in time with machine dryer use. The following care instructions are recommended to increase product longevity.

Recommended Care: Machine wash cold inside out on delicate cycle. Hang/air dry only (NO HEAT). 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to California. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed and delivered.  Orders typically take up 2 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to international, APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.

TAX DEDUCTIONS

The purchase of merchandise at fair market value does not constitute a charitable donation, and therefore such payments are not tax-deductible. Please note, however, that every purchase will directly benefit the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation.
